Dear diary / website, I’ve got a confession to make. When I first started this blog I had my trusty Nikon D3100 and I thought I’d always shoot Nikon. That’s why I gave you the name ishootnikon. But times have changed a little. Yes I still do have my D3100 and a new D750. But you know I got back into film photography.
It started with my Minolta XG-1 and ended so far with my Bronica ETRSi medium format camera. It started with my dads good old Fujica ST605 camera. But after it broke I felt that I needed something else. I love the look I can achieve with different film types.
But I’m not going to lie to you. It’s expensive as I don’t have the space to develop myself. I also don’t want to ruin anything. That’s why I’m sending the films for development and that’s not cheap. But the thrill of shooting film and waiting for the results is a thrill I can’t escape from.
But don’t worry, I still shoot Nikon 🙂 so don’t be angry with me
